WHAT IS VIRGIN HAIR?
Virgin Hair is hair that has not been dyed, bleached, permed, straightened or chemically treated in any way. All of our hair is in its natural state when cut and guaranteed to be in correct cuticle alignment.
WILL MY CLOSURE BE CUSTOMISED?
Yes! All closures are plucked to a natural hair line and knots are bleached.
WHAT TYPE OF LACE IS USED?
Swiss transparent lace and HD lace. transparent colour which just means where you are able to manipulate to your own skin colour with your skin tone foundation or lace tint.

Virgin Hair- 2 years+ with proper care
DO YOU OFFER INSTALLS?
NO. We do not offer installs as a service yet, but our wigs are beginner friendly and come ready to wear and easy to put on.
WHAT PRODUCTS ARE RECOMMENDED FOR HAIR?
Aussie Moist brand or TREsemme Moisture Rich.
If you are to use hot styling tools, make sure to apply heat protectors.

WHAT ARE SOME UNIT CARE TIPS?
1.Detangle your wig. Using a wide tooth comb, or detangling brush, remove any tangles. Work from the ends up in small sections.
2. Wash the hair. Once your wig is fully detangled, it’s time to wash the hair. Wet the wig with luke-warm water, and apply sulphate-free shampoo along the length of the hair. Work through the hair by squeezing from root to ends. DO NOT rub the hair or scalp as you would with your own.
Massage the hair very lightly to distribute shampoo, careful not to tangle it. Rinse the shampoo out.
3. Deep condition. After the hair is clean, apply conditioner. Apply the conditioner the same way you did shampoo. Leave whatever conditioner you choose on the hair for at least 10 minutes. Rinse conditioner out and squeeze the hair dry with a towel
4. Dry. Allow the hair to air dry by placing it flat on a towel. Comb through the hair once more. Place any parts you desire, in the hair, or leave them out. Reduce the amount of shedding and wear and tear on your unit by REMOVING it every night and placing on a mannequin/canvas head.

Ready to ship wigs are already made, fully customised and styled with no other alteration added to it and ready to ship.
Custom Wigs you have the option of choosing cap size, cap type, styling options and many more.

You will need all for a custom fit.Please remember when measuring your head to have your hair the way you will when you wear your wig. For example if you plan to wear your wig with your hair in a low bun, take your measurements in a low bun. Measurements to be in inches.
WHAT ARE ADJUSTABLE STRAPS?
Adjustable straps are bands that are already sewn on the inside of our stretch cap. They can be adjusted to be tighter creating an even more snug fit around your head.
