Due to the sanitary reasons of our products there are no refunds or exchanges. All sale are final. Please make sure your are ordering the correct wig you desire, inputting all the correct information needed and making sure you understand the turnaround time.

We only give an exchange if it's an error on our end.

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, please contact us here Cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of original purchase date. There is a £5 Restock fee for cancellations.

Processing time for our products is 2-14 business days and Shipping 1-3 business days 

Please Note shipping time starts after processing time is completed.

All orders come with signature confirmation upon delivery. When you order is shipped the tracking number will sent via email

WIG WEAR POLICY

To ensure the best fit and appearance, always make sure your hair is braided down flat when wearing our wigs. Proper preparation of your hair is essential for optimal results in regards to our sizing and for flatness.

If you are allergic/sensitive to any of the mentioned ingredients, please DON’T USE the product. PHB is NOT liable or responsible for illness or allergic reaction. A 24 hour patch test is encouraged if you may have sensitivities. Discontinue use if sensitivity arises. Use product as directed.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Once orders are placed with shipping carrier and in transit, (perceptionhairandbeauty) are not liable for any errors made by these services. we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a valid and safe address to have your items shipped to.

It is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to ensure package was delivered to the correct address. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered, please contact the carrier for detailed tracking information and/or file a claim for missing shipments. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. if your order states delivered or signed for we are not liable.

NAME AND BILLING ADDRESS INFORMATION MUST MATCH YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS INFORMATION IF THE BILLING AND SHIPPING INFO DOES NOT MATCH, YOUR ORDER WILL BE REFUNDED.
